There are so many places that I would love to visit that I wouldn’t know where to stay when it came to putting together a travel wishlist. I haven’t actually travelled much which is something that I would really like to change at some stage. I thought I would look into the different ways to see the world and it’s amazing that there are so many choices.
Different Ways To See The World
Go on a Cruise
I think that a cruise would be an amazing way to see the world. I feel like the glamour of a cruise alongside visiting different parts of the world is something that I could get on board with. I know that there are a few plus-size bloggers that have recently blogged about their cruising experience, so it’s not something I would feel worried about as a plus-size traveller. I know that places like Ambassador Cruise Line have loads of different travel options, so I feel that whatever your wishes are from a cruise, you should be able to find something to suit without too much stress.
Take a Roadtrip
I love a road trip and so I feel this would be a great way to see the world. My boyfriend and I love jumping in the car and finding new places within the UK so going abroad to do this would be even more exciting. There are different hire car options so as long as you can drive then it is a great way to see different parts of the world. Public transport could also work if you’re not happy to drive abroad.
Fly Somewhere New
If I could jump on a plane and go anywhere without any worries it would be Japan. There is so much to see and do in this country and I feel like there would be something fun and exciting- There is a Kit Kat cafe that I want to visit and a restaurant where you’re served by robots which would be really fun. I haven’t ever flown anywhere so Japan might be a bit adventurous for a first trip, but if I were creating a travel wishlist, it would definitely be on it! Wondering, how much does it cost to fly a private jet? Well, actually this is often less than you think – so if you’re considering a real trip of a lifetime, this is worth looking in to!
Combine Them All?
At nearly 40 I feel I am too old to pack up my bags and travel the world, but I do think it is something that would have been nice to do when I was younger. The world is much more open now (Covid restrictions aside) and with remote working more of an option than ever, I feel that the possibility of long term travel and earning money while you do is much more of a reality. So perhaps the best way is to pack up a bag, set off on an adventure and combine a number of different ways to see the world.
