The modern woman is dynamic, determined and quite passionate about her work. Through her work, she manages to achieve all her ambitions and personal goals, while at the same time, she manages to maintain the balance between her professional and personal life. So it is a fact that there are so many jobs that no man can do better than a woman. What professions are these? See the list below.
Advertising and Marketing
Advertising and marketing play an important role in any business because they create emotion and need for a particular product. To be a successful marketing worker, you need to identify the needs of the audience and the consumer. Women are much better at understanding other people than men because they are more easily entered into the consumer’s mind and know how to create the need for a product.
Manager and directors
It may seem funny to men that a woman can be better in a managerial position than a man, but if you look at the world’s biggest companies, you will see that women run them. Men can be just as good managers, but women have one more qualification. They give a lot of energy to employees, encourage them and motivate them to work harder and more efficiently.
Yoga/pilates coaches
Women are much better yoga and pilates coaches because they are simply more flexible. Also, women are not ashamed to do any yoga movements, unlike men, who block some moves because they feel uncomfortable doing them. Also, men always prefer the most dynamic gymnastics.
Nutritionists / Dietitians / Make up artists
80% of make-up artists are women, and 83% of nutritionists/dietitians are also women. This disproportion is because women waste a lot of time grooming from a very young age (compared to the time that men waste). They also always pay close attention to their diet and thus understand much better a person’s needs to improve his image and body.
Providing information / Call centre
When you visit a company or business, usually your first move is to go to the information office. Women almost always sit in these positions as they represent the first image of a company. Most companies want women in these positions because they are usually a more friendly, helpful, and positive impression on customers.
Teachers / Kindergarten Teachers
Women can no doubt care for a small child better than men as they have this ability etched in their DNA. A woman has the patience to shape a child’s mind, to help him develop essential skills, to love a child unconditionally, and of course, he has the superpower to endure changing a toddler’s diapers hundreds of times a day.
Voice Actress
A voice actress is a highly creative profession that allows women to become expressive and creative using their knowledge and skills. The profession of a voice actor is quite timeless and constantly evolving, something that is proven quite often. The development of technology has enabled many professionals in the field to practice this profession from home, giving more and more opportunities to new and talented voices. Big voice agencies like Voquent constantly offer professional opportunities to new voices, allowing them to develop professionally in this very creative and exciting industry.
