Time for another Yours Clothing Review – Gosh, this weather is hot isnt it? I know I have already talked about surviving the hot weather but I wanted to share with you some of the clothes that I wear when the weather is hot – here is a plus size clothing review of some Yours Clothing items I really love.
I haven’t owned a denim jacket before, so when I saw this one on the Yours Clothing website I knew I wanted it. One of the things with plus-size jackets is that often it’s best to size up, but when you already wear a size 30/32 your options are really limited. This jacket goes up to a UK size 40; I sized up once and it fits great. Of course, we’re now in a heatwave so I’m not sure when I’ll get to show it off properly, but it’s nice to know I’ll have something suitable to throw on when the weather gets a little cooler.
2026 Style Update: I originally wrote this review during a summer heatwave, but these Yours Clothing pieces have become long-term staples in my wardrobe. Yours remains one of the few UK retailers consistently offering a wide selection up to a UK size 40. I’ve added some updated sizing tips below for those shopping the extended range!

We all know that I love a floral dress and Yours Clothing never really disappoint! I have been shopping with Yours Clothing for years and one thing I love is that they have extended their sizes up to a size 40! Not only that, but it isn’t just a few token items that go up to the larger sizes, there is a really good selection of items.

A Splash of Colour
If there is one thing that I love more than a floral dress it’s bright colours and patterns. I was browsing the Yours Clothing website to see what to wear to Adele – I knew I wanted to be comfortable and cool, but also have something that I could layer up with leggings and my new denim jacket if I needed to. This pink dress jumped out at me – the photos don’t do the brightness of the colour any justice and it’s such a lovely soft material. It was the perfect dress to wear for a day at Hyde Park – and of course, Adele was incredible.
It’s actually nice to be excited about fashion again – my Instagram has had a few fashion-type posts over recent weeks & it’s amazing that retailers like Yours Clothing are started to recognise that those about a size 28 DO want fashionable, affordable clothing.
