Black Friday Sales are the ultimate way to save money on shopping so the fact that they happen a few weeks before Christmas is ideal. However, with so many offers and discounts advertised it can be hard to know where to stay – here is a guide on how to save money when shopping the Black Friday sales.
Start Early
Although Black Friday isn’t until the 25th of November, waiting until that day to look for bargains could mean that you’re missing out. Some brands have extended their discounts to be throughout November, so being organised and starting your shopping now means you get to make the most of these discounts. Big brands often have a page dedicated to the Black Friday offers that they have, so finding the products that they offer that are already discounted should be nice and easy. Looking now means you can at least make a list of the things that you might like to buy and then you can purchase them when payday comes around.
Make a List
Making a list of things you would like to check when Black Friday comes around is a good idea. If there is something that you have had your eye on for a while, then checking for a discount towards the end of November is often worthwhile. Of course, some brands already have discounts so that’s another reason to start looking now. For example, I’ve had my eye on the Molecule 01 unisex eau de toilette and Notino already have it with 20% off – what a bargain!

Buy The Things You Need
One thing with sales and discounts is that they are designed to draw you in – but if you end up buying something that you weren’t already going to buy or don’t need then really you have spent money unnecessarily rather than made a saving. Whether you’re getting organised for Christmas or you’re looking for other bargains making a list of the things that you need & shopping from this list is the best way to save money. Working your way through a set list means that you are definitely saving money because they are items that you would have needed to buy a full price anyway.

Shop Sensibly
With so many discounts on offer, it is worth shopping around to see what bargains are out there and how you can benefit. For example, Notino currently has discounts on a range of items such as beauty products, health items, perfumes and even home scents. With their discounts already available, you can be sure that you’re going to get a bargain and, ahead of the official Black Friday date. Being able to get all of these items in one place also means that your life is made easier in terms of parcels arriving and paying delivery costs, which can only be a good thing.
Of course, with so many bargains on offer and you saving so much money by being organised and sensible you can easily justify treating yourself to something nice with the money you have saved.
