Driftwood’s owners have reopened the property as a luxury boutique guest house and lodge. With six brand-new rooms spread across three floors and a luxury self-catering lodge located just a few minute’s walks from the sea, offers a variety of room options suitable for families, couples, and animal lovers. Every room has a private bathroom, Egyptian cotton sheets, free Wi-Fi, and a smart TV with access to all the primary streaming services. Each room also comes with a bathrobe, slippers, and complimentary amenities from Anglesey’s Cole & Co, as well as complimentary cold water, tea, and coffee with local biscuits from Aberffraw.
A number of dog-friendly rooms are provided, while two more bedrooms can accommodate larger groups thanks to the inclusion of a Z bed and a cot option.
The residential annex has also been renovated and upgraded to become a high-end self-catering lodge with its own entrance and outdoor seating space. The annex, known as “Driftwood Lodge” has a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and oven, and a separate dining space.
Driftwood is situated in Rhosneigr, a picturesque village on the west coast of Anglesey, and provides much-needed serviced accommodation to the area. The community boasts two golden sand beaches, which draw wind and kite surfers from across Britain to its award-winning coastline.

Driftwood’s location on Anglesey island puts guests in an ideal position to explore the island’s abundant rural trails and picturesque landscape, which stretches for 120 miles around the island and offers breathtaking views of the Eryri Mountains and Llyn Peninsula.
“We are happy to reopen Driftwood in the picturesque village of Rhosneigr and are looking forward to welcoming tourists to our magnificent seaside pocket,” said Driftwood owners and Rhosneigr Ltd directors Matthew Bullas and Katherine Owen. We offer a range of room types at our boutique guest house, with the intention that everyone from families to couples to animal lovers will feel at home here.

With the island set up to accommodate vacationers looking for everything from great restaurants to adventure sports, from golf to nature walks, Driftwood is ideally situated to provide a relaxing retreat in the thoughtfully designed luxury rooms at the end of an active and enjoyable day,” says the Boutique Guest House.
