Dressing For Autumn with Shein Curve – Anyone who knows me will know that I am a summer person – I adore the sunshine, dressing for summer and generally feeling warm. That means that often, Autumn fashion passes me by because I am too busy mourning the loss of summer to pay much attention. However, this year Shein offered to send me a few items from their plus size range to try – so I thought I would try and embrace the time of year for once.

One thing I really wanted was a nice fitting coat. When you’re plus size coats generally come ill-fitted with massive hoods or long arms, almost as though the art of sizing up to fit bigger sizes has been lost on those making them. However, I choose this Zip Up Hooded Teddy Lined Jacket I have to say that it fits amazingly well – and the soft inner means that it’s pretty good at keeping me warm. I don’t know how well it will do in the winter months because it isn’t a massive winter coat as such – but for Autumn it is suiting me perfectly!
Dressing For Autumn – Worth Trying, Worth Buying!
If I was looking at dressing for Autumn then I thought I should embrace the colours of the season too – and so I went for this Ribbed Knit Scoop Neck Dress in a lovely wine colour. I have to say that it feels lovely on and that added layer on the long sleeves helped me to feel like I was warm, even when out and about in the Autumn weather. I love the rib effect of the dress too, breaks up the colour enough and makes it feel like I’m fancy when dressing for Autumn.
I know that shopping at Shein is not a choice for everyone, but I am constantly blown away by the choices that they offer in sizes up to UK 38. There just isn’t a website that offers such a variety of fashion, with new items added every single day with that range of sizes. If you’re above a UK 28 then the options are really limited as to where you can shop and what you can get your hands on, so having Shein as an option with so many choices is a really positive thing!
