The Ultimate Lazy Bank Holiday

If you saw any of my social media yesterday you’ll see that I attended a wedding yesterday. The whole day was amazing – the wedding was beautiful and seeing so many old faces was great! Thursday and Friday I spent in London as well, so it’s fair to see I am pretty tired! Thankfully I am off work until Tuesday so I have plenty of time to recover.

The sun is shining today, so I didn’t want to spend the whole day in bed  – even though the temptation was there. So this morning I popped out to the shops, got some lovely food in, got home and
did some housework and now I am chilling in my living room with all the windows open – is there anything nicer?

Now that all of that is done, I intend to do nothing else for the whole day! Instead I am messing about on social media, sharing some photos from the wedding and of course, catching up on the Britain’s Got Talent final.

As afternoons like this often do, it’s led me to window shopping online and making list of items I need to buy when I get paid. One of the things I have been looking at is microwaves by Panasonic because I’m really in need of a new one.

I don’t use my actual cooker all that much – instead doing most of what I need in my microwave and/or George Foreman grill. Safe to say all of the food I bought earlier is microwave friendly – because I do intend to make the rest of my bank holiday a lazy one!

There’s a few bank holiday sales on too so chances are I’ll be windowing shopping Lady V London and Scarlett & Jo later on today – though I do need to try and not buy too much!How are you spending your weekend?
