April 21, 2020 by Debz Louise Leave a Comment

Booking Dinner For Plus Size People – I am quite a sociable person and love getting together with friends and family for dinner and drinks. In the past I have been involved in arranging groups of plus size people to get together and enjoy some social time. It seems like a really easy thing to do, but actually there are some things to take into consideration to ensure as many people are comfortable as possible.

Using Your National Culture As A Wedding Theme

January 19, 2020 by Debz Louise Leave a Comment

National Culture As A Wedding Theme -Weddings are different all around the world. In Asia, they often wear traditional clothing such as the Japanese early modern style. For the many different nations in the world, there are even more cuisines to choose from. In the south of Italy, more classic Mediterranean cuisine is common for weddings while in the north, you have a more rustic and refined cuisine.

Creating A Wedding Day That Every Guest Will Remember

September 28, 2019 by Debz Louise Leave a Comment

A wedding day is a special event. Obviously, if you’re getting married, then you know that your wedding is going to be the best day of your life. But what about your guests? Your friends and family are the most important people in your life, but they’ve probably been to weddings before. They’ll probably go to weddings in the future, too. What’s going to make your special day stick out in their heads? Let’s try to answer that question. Here’s how to create a wedding day that every guest will remember.

Hire a wedding planner
You probably have amazing ideas for your wedding, but you might not know how to make those amazing ideas happen. That’s why you should hire a wedding planner. You can create a book of ideas to help your planner. That way, they’ll know what you expect of your big day. Obviously, that doesn’t mean you should leave the planning entirely up to them; your input will be important. The planner will want to know that they’re doing everything in the way you imagined. The purpose of hiring a professional is to impress every single guest with your expertly-crafted wedding. Of course, you might want some inspiration so you have a good book full of ideas to give to your planner. The following suggestions might help.

Provide memorable entertainment
Your ceremony might be very traditional and relatively similar to every other wedding your guests have attended, but the reception is your opportunity to truly surprise people. You need to provide memorable entertainment for them. A wedding band will provide a nice ambience, and the best man’s speech will probably receive a few laughs, but you can go further than that. Perhaps you could hire some retro cars to transport your guests from the main wedding venue to the reception venue. You might even want to hire a bouncy castle for the kids.

Perhaps you could hire a famous artist to play at your wedding reception. You don’t always need a lot of money to do this; many big artists will play for a reasonable price if they know that one or both of the people getting married is a fan of them. After all, it’s good publicity. You might want to consider photo booth hire, too. That could make your special day more memorable for guests. They’ll be able to entertain themselves by taking silly pictures together in a booth. You could even provide funny props and costumes for people to wear in their photos. This will give them something tangible to take home from your wedding, and that’ll help them to remember it for years to come.

Serve delicious food.

If you want to keep your guests happy, you just need to serve delicious food. Obviously, the rest of the advice in this article will help to make your wedding memorable, but people will definitely remember what they ate. Even if you manage to put together a beautiful wedding with amazing entertainment options, people will struggle to enjoy themselves if they’re hungry or simply unsatisfied with the dining options. You need to ask guests about dietary requirements before your wedding. You also need to put out a varied spread of food so that people stay well-fed throughout the day. You could even hire cocktail servers to carry around plates of sandwiches and other snacks for people. Maybe you could even give guests welcome baskets full of locally-sourced food and drinks. That would be a nice touch.

How To Get Your Ex Back

January 22, 2019 by Debz Louise Leave a Comment

How to get your ex back
This sounds like a familiar situation
we’ve once found ourselves in at some point in our lives, right? Yes, am
talking about break ups. In as much as love is always regarded as a good thing,
it can turn people to monsters when you start having misunderstandings between
you and your partner and finally hell brakes lose and just like that you broke
up.
Good thing however is, if this was
something that was meant to be the two of you will most probably find a way to
sort things out and hopefully get back together again. But then, what do you
need to do when you finally realize that it was you who was on the wrong side?
Unless you wanted it to happen, more
often people become remorseful and start to look for ways in which they can
bring back the love they once shared and be happy again. In the process of
trying to get back together with your ex, some of us do things that will only
worsen the situation hence ruin their chances of getting back together. Anyway,
if you ever find yourself in this situation, below are some few pointers that
can help you on
how to get your ex back.
  • Give space
If
you just broke up with your partner, it is always not a wise thing to go
running after him or her after a month and try to contact them.
Some
try to contact their ex even before a month is over. This is wrong as both of
you need to take some time and cool off probably try to come in terms with the
situation.
Remember
that you’ve just been in an argument and your ex might probably be irritated.
Trying to contact them will only make the situation worse.
  • Friends and families
Friends
will be there when things are not going well but family will always be there.
You don’t need to isolate yourself from them as they might give you some help
and all the support you need during your tough times.
Open
up and talk about it with them, let it all out and free yourself from it. This
will prevent you from doing something stupid and keep you in good mental and
emotional state.
Some
often keep things to themselves and then suddenly decide to commit suicide when
they can’t handle it any more. You can keep yourself occupied by going out with
your friends and try to feel free as this will help you feel better.
  • The challenge ahead
After
realizing that you are the course of the problem, it will be up to you to try
and make things better. This is usually the most challenging part you will have
hence the need to be fully prepared to face it.
As
said before, it is important if you share your thoughts and feelings with other
people so as to help you feel better. Keeping everything to yourself and
leaving with sorrows can be dangerous as this might lead you to do things that
will only worsen the situation.
Try
to go for some confidence and boost your self-esteem by getting fit and also
improving on your general look.

  • Try a slight contact
Remember
when we said you need to give yourselves some time to chill out? Well, this
doesn’t necessarily mean that you go mute forever. After some time, you can try
going for a slight contact and perhaps try texting just some casual stuff.
Ask
about how he or she has been and things like that. Remember to be more careful
not to blow up your chances by pushing her to meet with you or even start
asking stupid things. Just be light on the conversation, keep it short and
precise.
  • Don’t play games
Well,
there are many games that you can go ahead and play but don’t make yourself
cleaver and think that you can make your ex jealous by quickly finding another
partner.
This
is always not healthy at all as it will make your ex to feel that he or she made
t
he right choice breaking up with you thus ruining your chances of getting back
together.

Conclusion
A lot of people always struggle to
find love and would do anything just to have a perfect relationship with their
partners.
However, since no man is perfect, you
might face a few challenges here and there but the right thing to do is find a
way to solve the issues together as partners.
You need to build a great trust
between the two of you and be patient enough to give each other time to adjust.
But if none of that is working and you find yourselves breaking up, t
hese tips might help you
get your ex back
if done correctly. Also, there might be signs that you should get back together, don’t ignore
them.

Buying The Perfect Wedding Dress

January 18, 2019 by Debz Louise Leave a Comment

If you’re getting married, the chances are you’ve given some consideration to what you’re going to wear for the big day. In the past options for plus size brides have been limited, which is a shame because it can promote the culture that you must lose weight in order to get married. I’ve recently been asked to introduce AW Bridal to you, and I am delighted to say they have dresses up to a size 30!

Although I am not on the look out for a plus size wedding dress, I am always delighted when fat fashion gets a look in and shops offer a size range that suit people! I think it is really important that people can wear whatever they want no matter their size and I am glad that retailers are catching up with this thought too!

I’ve had a browse of the AW Bridal website and they see to have something for everyone. I know when I was a bridesmaid at a friends wedding a few years ago finding a dress was a worry – so I am glad to say that AW bridesmaid dresses are a thing!

Making Shopping Easy

One thing I liked about their site is that they have a really handy size chart, which you can display measurements in centimeters or inches. Stuff like this can make finding dresses so much easier – especially when it is something like a wedding dress which is essential that it fits correctly.

If you are shopping for something like this, I would recommend measuring yourself accurately rather than guessing, as this gives you the best chance of getting something that fits you well and is comfortable to wear!

Their dresses look exquisite and they really do have something that would be to the style of most brides and bridesmaids looking for a traditional dress!

Have you shopped for a wedding dress? What was your experience like?
