Tom’s Barbecue Memphis is a local staple.  Although you do have to make a short trip if you live in the city, the drive is worth it for the flavour and selection.  The restaurant is dedicated to ensuring every bite is as good as the last and goes a step above to ensure customer satisfaction.  Although they also offer Coldcut sandwiches and classic sides, their secret spice combination has inspired many people to try and replicate it without any success.
